Thermocouple Calibrators, Temperature Calibrators and Simulators

A sophisticated but easy-to-use range of portable temperature calibrators for precise, repeatable calibration of temperature sensors and associated instrumentation is now available from TC.

The first models in the range are the T130 thermocouple (types K, T, J and E) and T130 RTD (Pt100 and Ni120) calibrators which are designed to give technicians laboratory grade accuracy in a field instrument. Both models feature a rugged, dust tight and water resistant case with intuitive controls making operation simple, even for occasional users. They come complete with a NIST calibration certificate.

You’ll never have to worry about finding a temperature device you can’t calibrate with the PTC 8001 calibrator. A truly universal high accuracy temperature calibrator combining virtually all widely used thermocouple types and RTD’s (incl. ANSI and JIS as well as Ni and Cu types) in one portable instrument.

The PTC 8001 will also calibrate ‘smart’ or pulsed transmitters and with an accuracy of typically 0.3°C for RTD’s (all errors included) and 0.6°C for thermocouples and storage for nine setpoints for each output along with a RS232 interface; the PTC 8001 is an extremely versatile as well as accurate instrument. The calibrator has a NEMA4 rated case of rugged design and is supplied with a storage/carry case and NIST calibration certificate.
