6-way Heavy Duty Thermocouple Connector System

These thermocouple connecting systems, comprise of six standard plugs or sockets mounted in a heavy duty steel housing. They are designed for quick interconnection, of thermocouple sensors in a wide variety of processes such as walk through sterilizers where the two halves of the connector are mated during sterilization. Alternatively any of our standard sized plugs or sockets can be used individually with one half of the system and the plug version will also connect directly to one of our 6-way connector panels. The steel housing is epoxy painted and has an anodised aluminium handle for easy grip.

Barrier Terminal Strips

These terminal strips are available for use with Types K, T, J, N or RCA/SCA as well as in Copper for other applications such as RTDs. By using lugs in the relevant thermocouple extension or compensating material, interconnection errors can be avoided. The lugs are marked to identify the alloy and polarity. The lugs are supplied separately from the terminal strips so you may make your own combination of thermocouple types as required.

Thermocouple Spade and Ring Lugs

These lugs which are manufactured in the relevant thermocouple material are ideal for attaching to the end of thermocouple leads or alternatively thermocouple extension or compensating cable. Using them eliminates the potential problems which may occur by introducing other alloys into the thermocouple circuit which could affect the accuracy of the thermocouple. They are available in either spade or ring format and are sold in pairs.

- Dimensions: 10 x 7.5mm body with either a 4mm opening for the spade type or a 4mm hole (or 5mm for type N) for the ring type. All lugs have a 1.2mm dia max conductor entry
- Supplied in pairs for either thermocouple type K, T, J, N or RCA/SCA
- Lugs are identified for their polarity

Coiled Thermocouple Extension Leads

These extendable thermocouple leads are ideal for connecting a wide variety of applications. They are available in thermocouple types K, T and J in either 1 or 2 metre extended lengths with the option of having either a miniature plug at each end or alternatively a miniature plug at one end and a miniature socket at the other.
