Standard Thermocouple Connectors

These round pin standard connectors are ideal for connecting thermocouple sensors and extension or compensating cable to each other. The pins are polarised to avoid an incorrect connection and the connector body is additionally marked for polarity. They are rated for use between -50ºC and +210ºC. In addition to offering a plug and socket, a panel socket is also available. Matching anodised aluminium connector panels can also be found in this section. Weatherproof neoprene boots are also available for added protection in moist environments as well as cable clamps.

Hollow Pin Standard Thermocouple Connectors

These budget round pin standard connectors have hollow pin plugs and we are therefore able to offer them to you at an attractive price. They are ideal for connecting thermocouple sensors and extension or compensating cable to each other and are polarised to avoid an incorrect connection and the connector body is additionally marked for polarity. They are rated for use between -50ºC and +210ºC. Weatherproof neoprene boots are also available for added protection in moist environments. They are not suitable for mounting in our range of connector panels.

High Temperature Standard Ceramic Thermocouple Connectors (650°C)

These round pin high temperature standard connectors are ideal for connecting thermocouple sensors and extension cable to each other at high temperatures. The connector body is made from a high purity alumina, rated from -25°C to 650°C. The pins are polarised to avoid an incorrect connection and the BS4937 colour code is observed through a colour dot on the connector body.

High Temperature Standard Ceramic Thermocouple Connectors (650°C)

This range of connector panels allows you to easily install 2, 4, 6, 8, 12 or 24 standard connector sockets within a connector panel to your main panel. The panels are made from anodised aluminium without mounting holes in order for you to custom position the connector panel. Supplied complete with the standard panel sockets but remember to order the standard plugs separately.
