This industrial control system is suitable for between 2 and 320 channels of thermocouple or RTD inputs and is easily linked to a PC and/or HMI and/or PLC. Operation of this system is very reliable as control loops and alarms still operate if there is a break in communication. A choice of system connection modules is available for flexible system expansion.

Modular Temperature/Process I/O Modbus System

This modular system provides a low cost solution for temperature/process data acquisition and monitoring. The system modules can be located near to the field mounted sensors, hence reducing installation and cabling costs. Each module is DIN rail mounted and fitted with its own Modbus RS485 link which enables simple integration with most PLCs, HMIs and SCADA software.

Autoconfiguring supervisory programme for control and data acquisition systems

This versatile instrument can control up to 8 channels in a compact 96 x 96mm Very simple to use, this programme automatically identifies the connected instruments, generates the appropriate instrument faceplate view and makes all variables for the connected instrument available. Log interval is selectable from 1 second to 1 hour. Log reports are stored as CSV files and are directly displayed within Excel. Any number of screen layouts can be generated, importing as many measured values, graphs, bargraphs, instrument views, drawings, photos, alarm windows as necessary. User defined on screen buttons can be added to switch between the graphical display windows .
