Miniature Thermocouple Connectors
These flat pin mini thermocouple connectors are ideal for connecting thermocouple sensors and extension or compensating cable to each other. The pins are polarised to avoid an incorrect connection and the connector body is additionally marked for polarity. They are rated for use up to 220°C, 350°C or 650°C.
In addition to offering a plug and socket, panel sockets and 3-pin versions are also available as well as matching anodised aluminium connector panels. Weatherproof neoprene boots for added protection in moist environments and cable clamps are also available along with a wide range of accessories.
220ºC Rated

Thermocouple Connectors - Further Information
Our connectors are available for use with all the common sensor types (Type K, J, T, N, R, S and E), where thermocouple alloys are used for error free signals. Other, more specialised types like Tungsten / Rhenium are also available as are versions with copper pins for use with other types of sensor, like Pt100 resistance thermometers.

The 350ºC rated versions are coloured brown (due to the type of plastic material used to achieve a higher temperature rating), whilst the 650ºC versions, which are made from ceramic, have a glazed colour coded identification on the underside of the body.
Pins are polarised by size and are marked for negative and positive polarity. They are also pin compatible with other miniature and standard sized systems.
